WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We will not be accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the size chart in the product listing to ensure accurate sizing on all apparel pieces. They are unisex and preshrunk for convenience except for the tank tops. All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we do what we can to make it right. Please provide your order number and name to our email positivevibesclothingdesign.com
All items are made to order! They are designed and handmade completely by Positive Vibes Clothing Design! The placement of the design may vary slightly as they are each handmade.
Make sure to take a peek at our size chart to guarantee you are getting the correct fit for you!
Some colors may appear slightly different due to screen variations and lighting.
SHIPPING INFO
All products are shipped out of Connecticut. All apparel orders will be shipped within 7-14 BUSINESS days of ordering (this means I have up to 14 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped!). Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped. Once your order is shipped it is out of my control and in the hands of the postal service. If you have tracking inquiries, you will need to contact them directly so they can best serve you. If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING PVCD is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
